How long is a trial lesson?Expand
The trial lesson is 15 minutes. We confirm available times after you apply.
What qualifications do teachers hold?Expand
All HanaEnglish teachers hold accredited ESL teaching credentials (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) and pass strict interview and teaching auditions. Regular lessons continue with the one dedicated teacher assigned to you.
How many days are in a month?Expand
One month from your sign-up date: join on the 3rd and it renews on the 3rd of the next month.
Is the entire bundle discounted by 10%?Expand
No. The Live price stays the same. The 10% discount applies only to the PTE component.
When can I make a standard cancellation?Expand
Up to 3 hours before the lesson starts, by server time.
When can I request a refund?Expand
Up to 3 hours before your first paid lesson starts, by server time.
Can I reschedule a lesson?Expand
You can ask to move a scheduled lesson. The original lesson stays on record and a new time is proposed. The system checks the request automatically against that lesson's cancellation rules, your time zone, and when you asked.
Where do I find the join link?Expand
On your scheduled lesson page, after you sign in. We never put it on public pages or in invitation messages.
Can I download or copy all lesson materials?Expand
Materials follow their rights and access rules. External sources are linked to their original location rather than copied.
How is attendance recorded?Expand
Attendance is saved as part of the lesson record, together with confirmation that the lesson actually happened. It can be reviewed later, and it's never a public score.
How do review rewards work?Expand
Eligibility is based on your verified lesson history and the review rules. People review each one, and no public page hands out a reward.
Does Before and After show student outcomes?Expand
No. It is the operator's personal video, reviewed before publication. It does not claim an average result for HanaEnglish students.
