Yes, the 15-minute trial lesson is free. You can choose a plan afterward.

Can I pick my own teacher?Expand

All HanaEnglish teachers hold accredited ESL teaching credentials (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) and pass rigorous demo screenings. We assign the best teacher for your goals and level, and your regular lessons continue with that same dedicated teacher.

Can I use PTE without Live lessons?Expand

Not yet. PTE-only and Live + PTE bundles are listed, but they are not on sale yet. Live plans are on sale now.

How do cancellations and refunds work?Expand

You can cancel up to 3 hours before a lesson, and request a full refund up to 3 hours before your first paid lesson.
